I'm Katie-artist, wife,mother of four, and creator of Lavender Mind.

My work is deeply inspired by the South-it's softness, its strength, and the beauty found in simple things. ​

Magnolias, oysters, open space, worn textures....

they all carry a sense of place, of grounding, and coming back to what matters.

It's easy to get caught up in life and miss the beauty around us. Let us all remember to come back to center, again and again, so we can enjoy this fun mary go round called life!
